Gronda Bianco - Calafata

Gronda Bianco is a fresh and pleasant white wine that is produced with Vermentino, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Moscato grapes. The grapes come from 50-year-old vines bred with the biodynamic farming method, located on a small soil of clayey origin with a prevalence of calcareous marl. The harvested grapes are de-stemmed in tubs with a short maceration on the skins. After racking, the fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks. Aging in the same container and then in the bottle. Only 2600 bottles produced. Levanto di Gronda has a straw yellow color with an intriguing nose of white pulp fruit, flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is dry, fresh and sapid. 

Service

Let's taste Grass Levanto at a temperature of 8/10 ° in tulip goblets. Wine to be drunk immediately but left in the cellar for a few years can give great emotions.

Pairing
