Monte di Grazia raises organically its centuries-old vineyards, dyer, Pepella, white tender and broom, typical varieties and existing only in this region, we are in Tramonti and more precisely in the localities Torina, Calvinola and Madonna delle Grazie, in the narrow gorge that descends from the Lattari Mountains in Maiori, a small village on the sea of the Amalfi Coast. This unique area, thanks to the geographical isolation imposed by the mountains that surround it, retains a strong rural identity whose activity is based mainly on the breeding of the vine that enjoys a very favorable microenvironment, the terraced vineyards torn from dolomite rock ranging from 250 to 700 meters, there are considerable thermal night day trips, widely enjoy the breeze that blows from the sea and constant influence of winds, the ancient name of Tramonti is Triventum, land of the three winds, which convey in the valley below from the three different directions of origin and when they join, and blow strongly damage the wind origin of Tramontana, a name given by neighbors of Amalfi, people of great navigators, who were exploiting the energy to take off faster. The soil owes its formation to the fury of Vesuvius eruption that over the millennia has led to date her ashes and lapilli, is composed of turacee, a mixture of sand and lapilli, but also of clay that it gives the land a reddish color, so the locals call this type of soil "land vulpegna", as similar to the color of the coat of the fox.
