Loriot by Domaine du Chat Huant is a Sauvignon Blanc with light hints of tropical fruit that mix with vegetal sensations, herbaceous, floral and balsamic. The sip is full, with an acid and mineral vein of extreme elegance. Long and savory finish. Manual harvest of the grapes, and fermentation in steel. Aging of 80% in old barriques for 6 months, the remainder in fiberglass. Bottled without filtration.

Service

We taste it at a temperature of 8/10° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Pairing

Excellent with seafood first courses, it is to be tried in combination with linguine with mussels.

The Domaine du Chat Huant company is located in the Monthou commune sur Bièvre, not far from Touraine, in the Loire region.
