Service
We taste a temperature around 10/12°C. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairings
Throughout the meal, it goes well with classic fish-based second courses.
Winery: Thomas Jacquin
Thomas Jacquin is a young vigneron located in the municipality of Marnoz, in the Jura. After working for 6 years by Stéphane Tissot, he starts in 2017, with just under 1 ha, planted with poulsard and savagnin, typical of the region. As a treatment in the vineyards, Thomas uses clay and medicinal plant compresses that he grows or collects in the surrounding area. Minimized interventions also in the cellar, 2018 is its second vintage and the wines are already very precise. A great discovery.
