Organic Anarchy Ziga is a vnio that comes from a cuveè of white and red grapes including; Kraljevina, Italic Riesling, Franconia and Zametna crnina. Refine in old Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months before bottling without clarification, filtration or addition of SO2. Only 300 bottles produced.

For the wines of Aci I strongly recommend to use wide glasses of red wine and serve it between 16 ° and 18 ° C.

Aci Urbajs (one reads Azi) cultivates its only hectare of vineyard on Mount Rifnik, which dominates the town of Šentjur. Demeter certified since 1999 is strongly biodynamic. His motto is: "Wine did not start with us and should not end with us".
