Sassoscuro by Vittorio Graziano is a fresh and sinuous red wine of great territoriality that offers a horizontal and persuasive drink. Obtained from a blend of red grapes, many of which are unknown to Vittorio himself. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in wood.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at 16/18°. Daily wine but it holds a good few years of aging.

Great with homemade appetizers, lasagna, to try with a lentil cotechin.

Cellar: Vittorio Graziano

The cellar of Vittorio Graziano is located in Castelvetro di Modena, a splendid village of Modena hills. Its vineyards are 200 m.
