PThe Lambrusco dell'Emilia of Podere Giardino is an authentic and genuine wine, easy to drink and immediately pleasant, it can be loved without effort. Obtained from a blend of Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Oliva and Lambrusco Maestri, the vinification takes place with a maceration of 7/10 days and first in steel while the 2nd takes place in the bottle. 

Service

It Serves at a temperature of 6/8 ° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, good with red meat dishes, well-seasoned pasta, fried food of good fish with sausage and lentils.
