Alea Rosa by Andrea Occhipinti is a splendid rosé wine made from red grapes. DAfines for 6 months in steel / cement tanks and at least 2 months in bottle. It comes in a cherry pink colored glass. The nose evolves into fruity notes of cherry and strawberry, and floral hints of dog rose. In the mouth it is juicy, pleasant, with a nice freshness and minerality.

Alea Rosa by Andrea Occhipinti is a splendid rosé wine made from red grapes. After the manual harvest, the vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts in small cement tanks, with maceration on the skins for one night. Refines for 6 months in steel / cement tanks and at least 2 months in the bottle. Alea Rosa appears in a cherry pink glass. Service
It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 8/10 ° in tulip goblets. Daily wine but left to rest in the cellar a few years can have a wonderful evolution.

The company Andrea Occhipinti is located in Gradoli, on the shores of Lake Bolsena, the largest volcanic lake in Europe.
