Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in large balloon glasses. Wine to drink immediately but if left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairing
Great in combination with first courses, to try with boiled wild boar with polenta.
Cellar: Redondel
The Redondel winery is located in the center of Mezzolombardo, in the middle of the royal plain, in the province of Trento. A family that has always been dedicated to the winegrowing of Teroldego. The story begins with the grandfather of the current owner, Paul, who produced Teroldego and sold it to the neighbors of Austria when the Trentino was still under the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Today Paul carries the cellar with the same love as his grandfather and his father. Deeply in love with her vineyard caring as a daughter, trying to avoid any synthesis product and limit the use of copper and zinc. In the cellar it is just as scrupulous in winemaking and always seeks new solutions to produce its Teroldego, from wood refinement in large barrels and barriques to the passage in tonneaux. Paul's wines, all based on teroldego, reflect the trend of vintage so each one is different from the other, true nectars, juicy, nuts and persistent.
