The Beaujolas by Domaine David-Beaupère is a red wine that gives a floral nose rich in small red fruits, followed by intriguing balsamic and spicy notes. Great drink, freshness and personality. Produced with Gamay grapes that are harvested manually and in the cellar are fermented in whole bunches with 15 days maceration in steel. Refine for about 2 months on the fine lees. No filtration.

Domaine David-Beaupère is located in Juliénas, a small commune in Beaujolais. The company was founded in 2008 when Clément David Beaupère took over it from his grandfather who bought it after returning from Algeria. Clément David Beaupère worked in the world of finance before realizing that making wine was his true calling in life. Today the domain extends over 4 hectares of organically grown Gamay vineyards. The vines are found on clayey and granite soils capable of giving mineral, complex and deep wines. No intervention in the cellar apart from small doses of sulfur before bottling. Its wines are alive, epsressive capable of harvesting the territory from which they come.
