Daniele Piccinin's company is located in San Giovanni Ilarione, in the province of Verona, in the Lessinia area northeast of Verona. Daniele Piccinin begins as a restaurateur, in fact, after graduating in hotel management he opens a restaurant with a friend that focuses on non-traditional research cuisine.
