The varietals used include Grecanico, Granaccia Bianca, Carricante, Cataratto, Insolia, Minnella, and others, contributing to a complex and nuanced profile. After aging on the lees for eight months in stainless steel tanks, Encore Ancora is bottled without filtration or fining, thus preserving all its vivacity and authentic character. It is a wine distinguished by its freshness, minerality, and depth, ideal for those who wish to discover the soul of Etna's wines authentically and without compromise

The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness.
