Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Macabeu by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh sparkling wine from Catalonia that is appreciated for its freshness and minerality. The Propeller by [Trub: Stoff] is an ancestral wine refermented in the bottle, a recent project by the couple Florian Moll-Geraldine Bollmann, in Southern Baden. The vine is Muller Thurgau, coming from vineyards located on calcareous marls of marine origin in depth. De-stemmed and crushed grapes, 3 days of maceration, bottled during fermentation. Atmosphères by Landron is a sparkling wine obtained from pure Folle Blanche grapes. It ferments slowly in wooden vats for 15 days.
