Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. To the 2018 vintage, which constitutes approximately 70%, 30% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages are added. "Les Vignes de Trelou" has a fine and persistent perlage. The Champagne Brut Reserve of Bérêche et Fils is a wine of great character, vibrant, of great complexity. It is a cuvée made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color.
