The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened or dosed and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being put on the market. It has a slightly turbid pink color with lively bubbles. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%.
