Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The vinification takes place in the typical amphorae called "qvevri" with maceration on the skins for a month. Refinement takes place in the same amphorae. Golden amber color in the glass, it has a nose of wild honey, it is dry and unexpectedly full-bodied in the mouth, with notes of walnut and apricot.

Emotiq Bianco is the company's first white wine, with Malvasia Puntinata and Rhenish Riesling, planted in red volcanic soils and white sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation, aging in tonneaux. A wine with a golden yellow color, with notes of fresh fruit such as pear and an aroma reminiscent of musk to close in a note reminiscent of bitter almond. It is a fine wine, but with a cheerful and tonic character with taste that ends with flavor, thanks to the crunchy Rhine Riesling.

Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil. V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.
