The Pelá Llano by Indar is a white wine made from 100% Airen grapes. Fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins. Half is pressed and the remainder still remains in contact with the skins. Neither filtration nor addition of sulphites. The nose offers floral, herbaceous and balsamic notes. Dry and mineral sip. Structure and pulp well balanced by an acid lash.

Bacio di Lara is a wine obtained from a blend of strictly organic white grapes (used in the vineyard only for copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards located at sea level. Spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins for about 10 days and aging in steel. No additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or anything else, not even filtering and clarification. Here is a new Molise that exists!

The Tragolargo Blanco is a wine from Alicante and produced with Moscatel and Malvasia grapes that are vinified spontaneously with a period of maceration on the skins. On the palate it is soft and of good freshness which makes it wonderful with food.
