Baro (Syracha Edition) by Bajola is a wine made from organic grapes grown on the island by family cousins. Harvested in September then de-stemmed and pressed in the Tiano. A wine to be discovered in its immediate freshness.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Fresh and with good salt, it moves smoothly in the mouth, leaving the palate clean, satisfied and inebriated by citrus and mineral aromas. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

Baccabianca is an elegant and structured wine produced with white grapes. The grapes are harvested in September and in the cellar they are vinified with spontaneous fermentations and with long maceration on the skins that can last up to 90 days. Refine in steel tanks. The Baccabianca is amber in color. The nose refers to herbaceous and hay sensations, honeyed, with hints of hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, tonic, with a marked structure and with a remarkably long finish.

Sinefele Bianco is a white wine macerated on the skins, mostly made from Malvasia grapes, and the rest from Trebbiano and Vermentino. It is golden yellow in color. The nose reveals ample and enveloping aromas of white berry fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it confirms all this complexity in a whole of great balance between sugar, acidity and freshness. Very long finish.

"Ansonaco" is an intense and rich macerated white wine obtained from the native Ansonaco vine. Refines in steel tanks. Before being bottled it is not clarified, neither filtered nor stabilized. The "Ansonaco" is a dry white wine with an orange color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub, smoky and mineral scents. On the palate it is robust, powerful and dry.

Bajola Bianco is a macerated wine that comes from white grapes through an old winemaking process in use on the island of Ischia. The color is intense golden yellow. On the nose the aromas are various of white peach, pineapple, cedar and a mineral background. On the palate it is full-bodied, with solid structure and flavor. The ending is endless.

Krimiso is a white wine made from Catarratto grapes, macerated on the skins for about 5 months in steel tanks. The nose is harmonious and complex, with notes of sage, anise and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is enveloping and fresh; characterized by an elegant and marked minerality, flavor and light tannins.

Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Beatnik is a white wine macerated on the skins that comes from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Aging in concrete. It has a golden yellow color.
