Baro (Syracha Edition) by Bajola is a wine made from organic grapes grown on the island by family cousins. Harvested in September then de-stemmed and pressed in the Tiano. A wine to be discovered in its immediate freshness.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. Baccabianca is an elegant and structured wine produced with white grapes. The grapes are harvested in September and in the cellar they are vinified with spontaneous fermentations and with long maceration on the skins that can last up to 90 days. Refine in steel tanks. The Baccabianca is amber in color. The nose refers to herbaceous and hay sensations, honeyed, with hints of hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, tonic, with a marked structure and with a remarkably long finish.

Sinefele Bianco is a white wine macerated on the skins, mostly made from Malvasia grapes, and the rest from Trebbiano and Vermentino. It is golden yellow in color.
