Nicolò Lari's farm is located on the beautiful hills near Florence, precisely in the hamlet of Malmantile in the municipality of Lastra a Signa. The company was born from the will of Niccolò who decides to give a "Turn" to his professional and human life, hence the name of the company, and the apprenticeship as a winemaker begins from the work of an employee. More than a job it is a real passion, made up of years of study and above all the desire to be part of a culture such as the millenary oenological one. The company covers an area of ​​15 hectares, of which 5 are vineyards, which Niccolò cultivates following the organic method and respecting the environment that surrounds them. The vineyards are planted with the typical grapes of the area, we mainly find Sangiovese as well as Trebbiano, Canaiolo and Merlot. In the cellar it is vinified without the addition of chemical products extraneous to the naturalness of the grapes, in order to produce wines of great quality and territorial expression. To signal the white wine "Beatnik" which is a macerated white wine produced from Trebbiano grapes in purity.
