Beatnik is a white wine macerated on the skins that comes from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Aging in concrete. It has a golden yellow color. On the nose, aromas of exotic fruit and candied fruit stand out. The taste is intense with light mineral notes, and well balanced acidity and tannins. Exotic and candied fruit returns to the palate.

"Beatnik" - Niccolò Lari

The "Beatnik" is a nonconformist and irreverent macerated white wine obtained from Trebbiano grapes in purity. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated according to the organic method. Harvesting is done manually with selection of the bunches. After pressing and destemming, the must is fermented spontaneously, with the use of indigenous yeasts, in contact with the skins in concrete vats for at least 10 days. No clarification or filtration processes are carried out before bottling. The Beatnik is golden yellow. Aromas of exotic fruit and candied fruit stand out on the nose. The taste is intense with light mineral notes, and well balanced acidity and tannins. Exotic and candied fruit returns to the palate.

Service

It is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 10/14 ° C in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but holds up very well time.

Pairings

Ideal with appetizers and first courses of fish and vegetables, second courses of fish and white meats and cheeses.

The farm  is located on the beautiful hills near Florence, precisely in the hamlet of Malmantile in the town of Lastra a Signa. The company was born from the will of Niccolò Lari, who decided to give a "Turning" to his professional and human life, hence the name of the company, and from the work of the clerk begins the apprenticeship of winemaker. More than a job it is a real passion, made of years of study and above all the desire to be part of a culture like the millenary enological one. The company  covers an area of ​​15 hectares, including 5 vineyards, which Niccolò cultivates following the organic method and respecting the environment around them. The vineyards are planted with the typical grapes of the area, we find mainly the Sangiovese as well as the Trebbiano, the Canaiolo and the Merlot. In the cellar it is vinified without the addition of chemical products unrelated to the naturalness of the grapes, in order to produce wines of great quality and territorial expression. To note the white wine "Beatnik" which is a macerated white wine produced from Trebbiano grapes in purity.
