Costadilà's O-X Bianco Frizzante is a rustic and noble refermented wine. Stefano's last gift. He had fallen in love with some bottles, ancestral method, with fellow friends who had bewitched him with pleasure. In 2018, after over 40 vintages, he decided to give that pleasantness, in his own way, with a bubble. The Boll is produced with white grapes and before the end of the fermentation it is bottled with a sugary residue, which with the resumption of the first warm ones will allow the formation of the much loved bubbles. A wine that shows fresh and fruity aromas on the nose. Tasting is of a light, slender and flowing body, with a fresh sip that feeds the satisfaction of drinking.
