Malagousia by Domaine Tatsis is a macerated white wine that comes from Macedonia, a region located in the north of Greece. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 30 days, then refines in wooden barrels for 18 months. A very expressive wine with hints of grapefruit, honey, chamomile, and a crunchy acidity.

Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

Kamara Winery's Retsina is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. A wine known since ancient times, it is produced with the addition, during fermentation, of small pieces of Aleppo pine resin from the mountains of the island of Evia, which give the retsina its unique character and aroma.
