Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia.
