Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.

760m by Azienda Agricola Sciara is a red wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes which come from vineyards with an average age of 70 years. Refines for 19 months in oak tonneaux of various sizes and glass containers. A wine in which the aromatic intensity extends into sensations of stones and dried berries that emerge between a sensation of anchovy paste and ferrous notes. On the sip it is well structured and rich in substance. The pseudo-caloric sensation brings with it hints of figs and black fruits, saline notes and a woody finish. The wine expresses itself at its best at least half an hour after opening. Production of 4956 bottles.

Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. The sip is dense and rich, supported by pure tannin and a lot of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation carried out in barrique with 10 days of maceration and a subsequent refinement of 18 months in new 600 liter barrels. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

The Neroir has a ruby red color of good transparency.
