Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. On the palate it is enveloping, warm, with tannins amalgamated in the mass and an excellent persistence. A great Montepulciano from Abruzzo.

Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. Then it refines 12 months for half in large barrels from 20 hl and for the other in tonneau. A wine with an intense ruby red color. The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

Don Pippinu by Vini Scirto is a red wine obtained from grapes from a centuries-old vineyard, partly ungrafted, located on Etna. After the harvest which takes place around the first half of October, the grapes are fermented spontaneously in steel for around 10/20 days. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. The nose teases with red and fleshy fruit, recalling black cherries and berries. Initially it is rebellious and energetic, stirring herbaceous and spicy sensations inside, but then it stabilizes, becoming almost balsamic, fresh and with a suitable minerality. The tannic texture that pervades it makes it elegant and intriguing.
