Pantun is a structured, complex red wine that is exceptionally pleasant to drink. It originates from a mosaic of clay-limestone soils and a careful selection of 14 historic biotypes, cultivated using the *alberello* (bush-trained) method with very low yields. Harvested by hand and aged for one year in old barriques followed by five months in the bottle, it strikes a perfect balance between warmth, aromatic richness, and elegance.

The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible. Tintilia Lame del Sorbo is a red wine made from Tintilia grapes, the native grape of Molise.
