A splendid Chianti obtained from Sangiovese grapes plus other local vines, such as Colorino del Valdarno, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.

Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore di Scala is an intense and warm red wine obtained from pure gaglioppo grapes. The grapes come from vines whose average age is around 30 years, which grow at about 200 meters above sea level on a clayey and calcareous soil. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, and here they are softly pressed, then macerating on the skins for 15 days and fermenting in concrete tanks. In the same tanks the wine rests for 24 months.

Montepulciano di Bossanova is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from 40-year-old vineyards, harvested around the first week of October. In the cellar, part of the grapes are pressed with the feet and put into the barrel with the stalk. Short maceration on the skins and once fermentation has been completed, it ages for about 7 months in cask and 3 in bottle. It is an interpretation of Montepulciano that favors freshness, however sustained by the power of a vine of about 40 years that gives irresistible notes of red fruit, spices and balsamic.

The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, typical aromas of red fruit, blueberry, cherry, blackberry and vegetable notes. Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times.
