Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.

Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Aging is in concrete tanks for eight months. Before bottling, it does not undergo clarification or fi ltration.
