Vin de France Granite by Michel Guignier is an elegant and complex red wine made from Gamay grapes grown in the splendid vineyards near Michel's house, which are located in the Morgon appellation, characterized by soils of decomposed granite and friable shales defined at the regional level like "rotten rock". Montepulciano di Bossanova is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from 40-year-old vineyards, harvested around the first week of October. In the cellar, part of the grapes are pressed with the feet and put into the barrel with the stalk. Short maceration on the skins and once fermentation has been completed, it ages for about 7 months in cask and 3 in bottle. It is an interpretation of Montepulciano that favors freshness, however sustained by the power of a vine of about 40 years that gives irresistible notes of red fruit, spices and balsamic.

Roero di Valfaccenda is a highly expressive red wine that comes from Nebbiolo vines, coming from the Loreto, Monpellini and Valmaggiore vineyards. The Meigamma Rosso “Secondo” is a generous and substantial red wine, of great intensity but also of freshness and marine imprint. Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.
