Muster's Zweigelt is a complex wine with personality made from grapes of Zweigelt, a native Austrian grape variety. The name “Opok” derives from the calcareous-clayey soil typical of this area. The vineyards of the Opok line are the youngest of the company with an average age of 20 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and then de-stemmed. They ferment spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in 225 liter barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling.
