TThe Guercio of Tenuta di Carleone is a 100% Sangiovese red wine, 100% Sangiovese from the "Mello" vineyard in Gaiole in Chianti, 700 m above sea level. The grapes are harvested late to obtain maximum ripeness. Fermented in concrete tanks with 20% of whole bunches. The very long 4-month maceration gives this wine a wonderful fruity character, which differentiates it from more classic styles.

Li Sureddi Rosso by Antichi Vigneti Manca is a red wine of great density and slightly sweetish as per the Romangia winemaking tradition. "Le Pinot" François Dumas is a fruity and vibrant red wine based on Pinot Noir. It is not common to find Pinot Noir vineyards in these latitudes but Francois tried to plant a small vineyard and we must say that the result was amazing. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 4 weeks in open vats, then soft pressing by hand with the old Francois vertical press. Aging for 24 months in old barriques before bottling.

Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.
