Grale Bolgheri DOC- Le Grascete
Grale by Le Grascete is born in the heart of Bolgheri, where the dialogue between sea, light, and soil gives rise to wines of natural harmony and expressiveness. Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Merlot blend in a spontaneous balance, giving rise to an authentic and everyday red, capable of expressing the terroir without constraints. The grapes, grown with low yields, are vinified through spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in small 20-hectoliter vats. Maceration on the skins lasts 10–15 days, accompanied by manual punching down and daily pumping over, without the use of enzymes or additives: just time, attention, and respect for the raw material. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by further bottle aging. The wine is unfiltered to preserve its integrity and natural vitality. In the glass, Grale expresses itself with freshness and delicacy, offering fruity aromas and a balanced texture, where structure and smoothness coexist in perfect harmony. It's a wine designed to accompany everyday dining, capable of being convivial without sacrificing depth, a faithful interpreter of Bolgheri's understated and luminous style.

Cellar: Le Grascete
Le Grascete is a family-run winery located in the heart of Bolgheri, Tuscany. After moving to Bolgheri from Milan, Paolo Valagussa, an agronomist by profession, took over the small farm purchased from his parents and, as part of a DOC zoning project in collaboration with the University of Milan, planted the first vineyard. Thus was born Le Grascete, now a 3-hectare winery that, by joining VinNatur, aims to minimize interventions in the vineyard and cellar to the bare minimum. The grapes come from vines grown on southwest-facing slopes, typically clayey and rich in gravel, trained using the spurred cordon system and partly the alberello system. The goal is to produce wines that offer an authentic and authentic interpretation of this wonderful corner of Tuscany. Le Grascete's wines are Bolgheri DOC and DOC Superiore reds that tell the story of the land, the family, and the passion for wine. Perfect for those seeking an elegant, balanced wine that truly represents the terroir.
