Toseo di La Ricolla is a fresh red wine that comes from a blend of Cigliegiolo and Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. A no-nonsense and extremely versatile wine. Tasty and sincere, in the mouth it is a real explosion of fruit. Montepulciano di Bossanova is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from 40-year-old vineyards, harvested around the first week of October. In the cellar, part of the grapes are pressed with the feet and put into the barrel with the stalk. Short maceration on the skins and once fermentation has been completed, it ages for about 7 months in cask and 3 in bottle. It is an interpretation of Montepulciano that favors freshness, however sustained by the power of a vine of about 40 years that gives irresistible notes of red fruit, spices and balsamic.

Roero di Valfaccenda is a highly expressive red wine that comes from Nebbiolo vines, coming from the Loreto, Monpellini and Valmaggiore vineyards. The vines, placed at variable altitudes and exposures. the grapes, after the manual harvest, are brought to the cellar, and here they are gently crushed and destemmed, except for a 10% that remains in whole bunches, to then carry out the alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers with maceration on the skins After the racking continues the aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. Natalì di Natalino Del Prete is a warm and velvety red wine, which comes from grapes of primitivo vinified in purity, which come from vineyards of about 20 years cultivated with Apulian sapling. It is a wine that pays homage in its name to the one who created it, that is Natalino del Prete. Vinification and aging in steel does not undergo neither clarification nor filtration and above all it is not added sulphites.

The Barbera d'Alba by Giuseppe Cortese is a fresh and fine red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the 0.7 hectare Trifolera vineyard facing west. Refine for 6 months in steel. On the nose the aromas are intense and reminiscent of red fruit with very fine and delicate vanilla notes. On the palate it is dry, warm, fine with an excellent acidity.

Libìci is the wind that blows in the plain of Nicotera but also a splendid wine obtained from grapes of with Magliocco Canino, a native Calabrian grape variety, in purity. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. Ruby red color, the nose perceives aromas of dried fruit, floral and spicy notes. The entry into the mouth is silky with a light tannic texture, it is enveloping and leaves a good freshness. It is not an opulent wine, far from the classic muscular and cloying southern wines on the contrary, it is of great drink and elegance.

Pinot Noir by Podere della Civettaja is a fine and elegant wine which ages for 12 months in old barriques. The Chianti Classico di Montesecondo is a red wine that comes from a blend of autochthonous grapes such as mainly Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. Refine in wood and concrete. The sip is juicy, crunchy, fruity and very fresh, with slightly rough tannins and a long finish.

A splendid Chianti obtained from Sangiovese grapes plus other local vines, such as Colorino del Valdarno, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. The vinification is spontaneous and absolutely traditional, with a fermentation that lasts 8-10 days in steel tanks. It refines in the same tanks and is bottled in the September following the harvest. On the nose the aromas are intense with hints of violets and cherries. On the palate it is warm, dry, fresh, and slightly tannic. It is a "traditional" Chianti to be appreciated in youth, and savored with the cuisine every day

Granato is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 15 months. It is bottled without filtration and no type of stabilization. On the nose there are aromas of red berry fruit, raspberry and cherry, of flowers, with mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, balanced and harmonious, savory and fresh, with a long finish on fruity notes.
