Marko Fon's Istrian Malvasia is a dynamic and elegant white wine made from pure Malvasia grapes that come from vines found on the red lands of the Karst. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil.
