So welcome to the newest addition to La Distesa. NovantaNove, like a wine Corrado Dettori made about fifteen years ago but then stopped making. Inspired by Mediterranean oxidatives, a 2015-based perpetual, not overly meditative, but instead designed to accompany aperitifs and tapas, raw fish, and seafood pasta dishes. Cheers.

Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. An evolved and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that border on hydrocarbon. In the mouth it is structured, warm, enveloping and long persistent.A great wine capable of defying time.

Zerberos Viento Zephyros by Daniel Ramos is a structured and complex wine obtained from Albillo Real grapes. Maceration on the skins for 72 hours and aging for 12 months in 225 liter French oak barriques.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.
