O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.

Giallo di Costa is an orange wine full of character and structure. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 months in steel tanks. Refine in large acacia barrels. Unfiltered and unclarified before being bottled. It has an intense golden yellow color. The nose releases ripe fruity notes that recall peach and apricot, scents of candied citrus fruits and honey. The sip is full-bodied, fresh, characterized by a subtle tannins and infinite persistence. To try absolutely.

The Orange is a white wine macerated on the skins for about 15 days obtained from Zibibbo grapes. It is a deep yellow color tending to orange. The nose is explosive, with aromas of tropical fruit, candied citrus fruits, floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is warm, fresh, with splendid sapidity and an elegant and very long finish.

Nikolas Juretic's "Mont" is an original and unconventional wine, obtained from white grapes that come from a vineyard of the 60s, located at 190m above sea level, located on mixed soils of foraminifera, dolomitic rocks, volcanic and coral mixed with the traditional ponca. Julian Haart's Mosel Riesling is certainly a wine of great character and quality. The freshness and sharp acidity make this Riesling particularly lively and suitable for accompanying fish, seafood or vegetable-based dishes. The practice of whole bunch fermentation, together with aging in wooden fuder, contributes to giving complexity and depth to the wine, while maintaining its typical freshness of Riesling. Furthermore, although limited production may be a shame for enthusiasts, it is often an indication of craftsmanship and particular attention to quality.

Christian Tschida's "Non-Tradition" is a fascinating example of how combining different parcels can create a unique and complex tasting experience. Wasenhaus Chardonnay is an elegant wine, with delicate acidity and beautiful salinity, where you can feel the Burgundy experience of Christoph Wolber and Alexander Götze. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation in used barrels of different sizes. The Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Kabinett by Julian Haart is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crisp and consistent structure. The grapes come from old vineyards located on the steep “Goldtröpfchen” slope, already considered in legendary times one of the best terroirs of the Moselle. Whole bunch fermentation and aging in traditional 1000 L wooden fuders. It's a shame about the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

Pierre Frick's Pinot Gris Macération Grand Cru Vorbourg is a rich and complex macerated white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes that come from the famous Vorbourg cru. It is vinified in carbonic maceration, and aged in wooden vats.
