Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia.
