"Egesta" by Aldo Viola is a white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes that macerate on the skins for at least 6 months. The nose espriem hints of citrus, candied fruit, Mediterranean and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sensual, enveloping, slightly tannic with a very long finish. A juice of Grillo grapes in only 1200 bottles.

Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.

István Bencze's Aries Riesling is a fascinating wine with extreme tension and depth. To produce it, the oldest vines that reach 45 years of age are used. "Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity.
