The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle.

"La Bamboche" by Domaine du Facteur is a vivid, energetic white wine with a long and complex finish. Chenin blanc based, whole bunch carbonic maceration for 3 weeks followed by pressing, maturation in steel.

Dinavolo is a white wine macerated on the skins fresh and fruity produced by a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne, Ortrugo. It has an intense amber color due to the long maceration on the skins. The nose releases intense fruity aromas, aromatic notes and tertiary hints. In the mouth it has good structure, with balanced freshness and fascinating tannic look.

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. A white of extreme power but not muscular, full expression of the grape.

The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in old barrels. The wine comes out in the spring / summer after the harvest to preserve the freshness and fruit. The White by Tourbillon de la Vie Blanc, which means "joust of life", is a wine made from pure Maccabeu grapes that come from various plots located in the Agly valley, located on granite and clay-limestone soils. It refines in steel and has a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and energetic, with hints of grapefruit, apricot and fresh mint. On the palate it is a deliciously fun and lively wine fresh, gritty and rigorous, with notes of almond milk and oregano.
