Vinified spontaneously in stainless steel without fining or filtration, this white wine presents itself in the glass with a genuine cheerfulness. The nose dances between orange blossom and lemon zest, while the palate is direct, agile, and profoundly savory, a faithful reflection of the Trapani terroir. A "naked" and convivial wine, imbued with the light and wind of Sicily.

Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The Macon Villages "Les Sardines" by Domaine Robert Denogent is an elegant and mineral white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Aging for 6 months on the skins in the classic Georgian Kvevri. Exotic nose with hints of grapes, tea, citrus fruits and spices. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.

Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. From the yellow color tending to golden with delicate and varietal aromas of flowers, lavender and hawthorn, in which the minerality of the soil and brackish and clay tones in the sun stands out. Delicate, fresh in the mouth supported by a nice flavor.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. No yeasts are added except those deriving from the grapes and from the cellar. White wine with a sunny and welcoming character: the aromas are warm and refined and the flavor demonstrates a beautiful combination of fatness and acidity.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.
