Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The scent is buttery and tropical, leeches and passion fruit on chalk and burnt rubber. In the glass it evolves into a disarming complexity, surprising freshness on the palate. Peach and lemon on the nose, flint. Burnt rubber now looks like oil. Long and austere, fresh and drinkable. A great emotion.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.

Giallo di Costa is an orange wine full of character and structure. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 3 months in steel tanks. The nose releases ripe fruity notes that recall peach and apricot, scents of candied citrus fruits and honey. Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. The Grechetto di Raina is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from vineyards located at 22 m.s.l.m trained in guyot. Spontaneous fermentation with a 3-day maceration on the skins. It then ages for 3 months in steel tanks on its fine lees and 5 months in the bottle. The nose has fruity and floral aromas followed by aronatic notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and fruity with good minerality and slightly tannic.
