Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.
