Cellar: L'Archetipo
In the '80s began the conversion of the company to organic farming but notes that the vitality of its land does not proceed as it should and that is why since 2000 it goes to biodynamic following studies on the cultural legacy of Rudolf Steiner. After a few years of biodynamics he realizes that there is still something that escapes and because of this, following the understanding of Masanobu Fukuoka's thought, he finally comes to practice an entirely sustainable agriculture, in which the synergies between all the ecosystems are finally triggered. This is synergistic agriculture, in which one comes to no longer commit the gravest error that is still accomplished by practicing all other types of agriculture (from conventional, to organic, to biodynamic): plowing. This new adventure develops together with his wife Anna Maria and her four children: Carlo Nazareno, Domenico, Andrea, and Maria Clelia. It is thanks to the constant and responsible commitment of all of them that it was possible to build the current winery, all in tuff, where in these precise climatic conditions it is possible to enhance the valuable grapes produced without the use of chemistry. The entry into the company of the new generation, under the guidance of a great experience of Francesco Valentino, can only give impetus and vitality to the archetype.
