Fontanasanta - Azienda Agricola Foradori
The Fontanasanta Nosiola by Foradori represents one of the purest and most fascinating expressions of Trentino’s biodynamic viticulture. This skin-contact white wine (orange wine) is born in the heart of the Fontanasanta vineyard, an exceptional terroir situated on hills with clay-limestone soils of Dolomitic origin. The production is the result of meticulous work across two single parcels totaling just two hectares, where the native Nosiola grape finds its ideal habitat. The production philosophy of Elisabetta Foradori aims to preserve the integrity of the fruit through an ancestral winemaking process: fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted exclusively to indigenous yeasts inside terracotta amphorae (tinajas). It is here that the wine completes its maturation, remaining in contact with the skins for a long maceration of 8 months. This slow exchange extracts complexity and structure, leading the wine to complete its refinement in the same amphorae for an additional 14 months. To the eye, Fontanasanta Nosiola presents a magnetic golden yellow color. The olfactory profile is an intense and layered bouquet: notes of exotic fruit and citrus intertwine with floral fragrances and hints of aromatic herbs typical of Alpine flora. On the palate, the wine reveals its full personality: it is a full-bodied white where vibrant freshness meets a distinct mineral sapidity. Elegant and perfectly balanced, it concludes with a very long persistence and an endless depth that invites a second sip. A wine of great character, capable of evolving beautifully over time, precisely narrating the strength and elegance of the Dolomite territory.
Service
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 12/14° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Cellar: Azienda Agricola Foradori
The Foradori agricultural company is located in Mezzolombardo (Trento) in the heart of Campo Rotaliano, surrounded by the Dolomites. Today the fourth generation of winemakers continues to work constantly to grow plants that maintain their expressive spontaneity. Founded in 1901, and managed by the Foradori family since 1939, the Foradori Agricultural Company has always worked to enhance the ancient local variety Teroldego; an important impetus in this direction occurred in 2002 with the conversion of the company to the biodynamic agricultural method. Thanks to the work of Elisabetta Foradori and Rainer Zierock, through the cultivation and valorization of ancient vineyard genotypes, over the years we have witnessed the conservation and genetic regeneration of the native Teroldego vine. Their children Emilio, Theo and Myrtha Zierock continue to work in this direction today. In addition to wine, the Foradori Agricultural Company is also focusing its efforts on the cultivation of vegetables and on the breeding of the Grigio Alpina cattle breed aimed at the production of raw milk cheeses.
