Soave Vigne della Brà is a medium-bodied white wine with a great personality that comes from old Garganega vines and ages on steel lees for 18 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a rich and dense nose of notes of yellow fruit, sepices and mineral hints that turn on notes of hydrocarbon. The mouth is white fruit pulp well balanced by flavor.

Produced with Garganega grapes coming from 400 m vineyards. Of height with screws of more than 60 years. The soil is particularly clayey with presence of both basalt rock and volcanic rock as well as limestone rock. Wine vinegar is in contact with its yeast for 20 months. The Soave Vigne del Brà is intense straw yellow with a rich, dense nose of yellow fruit notes, septies and mineral scents that float on hydrocarbon notes. The mouth is whitewashed with white fruit well balanced by the sapidity.
Service
It is advisable to serve the Soave Vigne della Brà at a temperature of 8/10 ° in tulip goblets. Wine to taste right away but reaches full maturity in a few years. We recommend keeping it in a cool, humid and dark basement in a horizontal position.

Cantina Filippi is located in Castelcerino, 400 meters above sea level, immersed in the terroir of the highest altitude of Soave.
