Turdoi Vino Rosato Frizzante - Soc. Agr. Tiziano Bellini
Turdoi takes its name from the dialect name for Torre d’Oglio, the characteristic wooden bridge on concrete pontoons dating back to the early 20th century, located near the Val d’Oca vineyard. This unbreakable bond with the local history and landscape is fully expressed in an authentic wine, made from Grappello Ruberti grapes, harvested strictly by hand exclusively from their own vineyards. To bring out the true essence of the raw material, they faithfully followed the method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, expressed in French as Pétillant-Naturel Pét-Nat and also known as the Ancestral method or “wine with sediment.” It is precisely this artisanal process that characterizes Turdoi with its intense notes of red fruits, a refined, delicately effervescent perlage, and an exquisite freshness that immediately invites another sip. Since it's a full-bodied wine that retains its yeasts at the bottom of the bottle, it's best served chilled at 8-10°C. You can either decant it to separate the sediment or gently swirl the bottle before opening to enjoy its full, rich, and original complexity. This versatility makes it the ideal accompaniment to traditional Mantuan dishes like pumpkin tortelli, gnocco fritto, and local cured meats. It also pairs beautifully with medium-aged cheeses or served alone as an original and refreshing aperitif.

Cellar: Soc. Agr. Tiziano Bellini
Società Agricola Tiziano Bellini is located in the heart of the Province of Mantua, in a distinctive strip of land bordering the Oglio Natural Park and stretching between the Po River, San Matteo, Sabbioni and the municipality of Viadana, continuing towards the vineyard-covered valley near Sabbioneta. This unique environment benefits from a terroir ideally suited to viticulture and a climate influenced by both Mediterranean and Oceanic conditions, featuring cold winters, bright sunny summers, and mild transitional seasons. From the very beginning, the Bellini family’s winemaking project focused on enhancing the value of the area’s traditional grape varieties, particularly Ancellotta and Grappello Ruberti, which best express the identity and winemaking heritage of this part of Lombardy. Driven by a passion for sparkling wines, the family later invested in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards, varieties that have adapted exceptionally well to the local soil and climate, producing elegant sparkling wines with distinctive character. “My sister Patrizia and I share our passion for life through our wines,” explains Tiziano Bellini. “The spirit of the winemaker was rekindled within me and turned into a genuine passion after a professional career in mathematical and statistical research.” The pursuit of excellence inspires every step taken by Società Agricola Tiziano Bellini. The winery combines the precision and analytical approach of scientific research with the craftsmanship, dedication and attention to detail required in both the vineyard and the cellar. This balance results in authentic wines that reflect the character of the Mantuan territory and the vision of a family committed to quality, innovation and respect for nature.
