We taste it at a temperature of 16/18° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years.

The Breton company is located in the village of Restignè. In Bourgueil, in the heart of the Loire. Founded in 1985 by Catherine and Pierre Breton in 1990, they decided to convert the company to biodynamics and within a few years they became international icons for natural wine, which is not easy to obtain especially in an area like Bourgueil where the climate And soil make biodynamic viticulture difficult. The Breton farms 11 hectares of vineyards on gravel, clay, limestone and rocky terrains, spread in the Bourgueil, Chinon and Vouvray denominations. The vineyards are native to the area: Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, known in the Loire with The name of Breton, used for the production of Vouvray Sec "The Amateur" and Bourgueil "Trinch".
