The Breton company is located in the village of Restignè. In Bourgueil, in the heart of the Loire. Founded in 1985 by Catherine and Pierre Breton in 1990, they decided to convert the company to biodynamics and within a few years they became international icons for natural wine, which is not easy to obtain especially in an area like Bourgueil where the climate And soil make biodynamic viticulture difficult.
