A wine made from 100% Pineau d'Aunis grapes Harvest in whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration. Refines for seven months in oak barrels on the lees. Very aromatic nose of blood orange and incense, red fruits and spices. Agile and elegant mouth, with smooth tannins.

Service

We taste it at a temperature of 16/18° in a balloon glass. A wine to be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years.

Pairings

Excellent with meat dishes, we recommend it with a roasted rabbit with potatoes and peppers.

The haute couture négoce company, founded in 1999 by Pierre Olivier Bonhomme and Thierry Puzelat, was born as Puzelat-Bonhomme. Today, Thierry Puzelat has decided to focus again on his Clos du Tue-Boeuf project, while Pierre Olivier Bonhomme has embarked on a solo journey. A highly talented winemaker, Bonhomme is producing wines of remarkable juice and characterized by a particular attention to drinkability, making his wines difficult to tire of and appreciated for their freshness and immediacy. His ability to create wines that combine quality and pleasantness makes him a prominent figure in the wine scene.
