Alta Langa Classic Method ExtraBrut by Cascina Fonda is a Classic Method shaped by a stay on the yeasts of at least 36 months. Intense and enveloping, it offers an energetic and highly refined taste. The delicacy of Pinot Noir goes very well with pleasant aperitifse.
Service
We taste it at a temperature of 6/8° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.

Winery: Cascina Fonda
TCascina Fonda is located in the hills of Neive, in cunese, and was founded in 1963 by Secundus Barbero great expert in the wine sector. His work was continued by his sons Massimo and Marco who, since 1988, have started to bottle the wine produced, all focusing on the Muscat in the two versions Moscato d'Asti and Asti Spumante. From 1995 to 2000 he developed a new cellar according to standards that meet the logistics of work and modernity, in reference to the moscato, a young and fresh wine. Currently Cascina Fonda has twelve hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Mango and Neive, facing south-east, which allows for a mature and healthy grapes thanks to the best exposure to the sun's rays. Not only Muscat is grown but also Dolcetto, Barbaresco, Brachetto, with an eye to tradition, the essentiality in treatments and constancy and methodical in the works.
