Service
We recommend tasting it at a temperature around 6/8 ° C in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left in the cellar for a few years can give great satisfaction.
Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with land appetizers, cold cuts and cheeses. Ideal with crustaceans, molluscs and fish-based dishes.

Tenuta Maraveja is a splendid reality that offers not only excellent wines but also a magical place to welcome guests into its farmhouse. It is located in Brendola, in the province of Vicenza, and is led by Gildo, a force of nature, champion and messenger of that disruptive and still little explored nature of the Berici hills, which are also defined as karst hills due to their conformation, a typical gray clay rich in fossils mixed with limestone, and for the penetrating activity of the water. The estate extends for approximately six hectares of land where we can find native and typical varieties of Veneto such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Garganega. Gildo works his vineyards following the rhythms of nature, without chemicals or invasive machinery, trying to preserve the fertility of the soil through grassing, sowing for periodic renewal of herbs, contributions of composted substances and other practices aimed at the same purposes. Treatments to contain fungal plant diseases are based on copper and sulphur. The approach during the winemaking phase is fully consistent with the viticultural one: the spontaneous fermentations are entrusted to a pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts, the refinements take place on the fine lees, without any forced clarification, but limiting themselves to a coarse filtration before going into bottle, if necessary. Tenuta Maraveja is the full expression of the Veneto territory, of commitment and love for the land.
