Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with a good effervescence. On the nose intense and fine aromas of floral and fruity scents are released. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a good finish.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DCOG ExtraBrut by Silvano Follador is a wine obtained from Glera grapes and small quantities of Verdiso, Perera, Bianchetta. After the careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented slowly and then aged on the fine lees for 6 months. In spring the second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method at the end of which the yeasts are eliminated by slow filtration. The nose is expressed with delicate varietal aromas of grapes, fresh fruit, a green apple, very delicate floral notes of flowers and minerals.
